Girls Junior Cricket

Girls Cricket is a wonderful way to get girls ages 10-17 involved in cricket in a fun and supportive environment. With over 40 girls playing again last year, we had new girls in all age groups so no prior experience is necessary. All games are T20 and run for approximately 2 hours.

Perth Scorchers Girls League (Ages 10-17)

The Perth Scorchers Girls League is the overarching girls-only junior community cricket competition in WA. This League is open for girls aged 10-17 years of all abilities and skill levels. Each Junior Cricket Association in the Perth Metropolitan area administers their own Perth Scorchers Girls League local competitions, with some exceptions being administered by the WACA.

Junior Cricket Pathway and Rules

Training and Game Times

Training days are generally Tuesday and Friday, with all the girls generally training at the same location so they can learn from one another.

Stage 1 – U11 & U13 Girls

Girls U11 games are on Sundays.
U13 games are on Saturdays.

Stage 2 – U15 & U18 Girls

U15 & U18 games are on Saturdays.

Uniform and Equipment

Players are required to purchase their own training and game day uniforms

The club provides a team bag to coaches and managers with everything needed on training and game days but we encourage players to have their own gear if they wish.
